COOKING COURSE
The cooking course will take place in the following weeks:

September 13 - 20

October 11 - 18

The total cost for the 3 lessons including recipes and the food consumed during the course is €105 per person.

The minimum number of participants for a course to take place is 4 people.

The menus demonstrated during the course are as follows:

 

1ST LESSON - MONDAY

zuppa lombarda (white bean soup) tagliatelle al ragu (tagliatelle pasta with meat sauce) arista con patate (roast pork with potatoes) cantuccini e vin santo (almond biscuits and desert wine)

2ND LESSON - WEDNESDAY

crostini di fegatini (chicken liver canapés) ribollita (Tuscan vegetable & bread soup) stracotto al Chianti con erbette (beef stewed in Chianti wine) torta della nonna ("Grandmother's Cake")

3RD LESSON - FRIDAY

tortini di ricotta (ricotta cakes) risotto con verdure di stagione (vegetable risotto) pollo in fricassea con insalata (chicken fricassee with salad) zuccotto ("Florentine cream cake")

THE COST OF THE COOKING COURSE PER PERSON ( WITH A MINIMUM OF FOUR PEOPLE) IS €105
