The most evocative of our apartments. Located on the ground floor, the front door opens directly into the Tuscan-style fitted kitchen, which is equipped with cooktop, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A spacious passageway and two steps separates it from the living/dining room, which also boasts a characteristic fireplace. A glass door leads out onto the grassy private terrace that runs right along the wall where you can sit at the table surrounded by benches and enjoy an al fresco meal or a nice relaxing chat. Separated from the living room by a door is a double room with convenient en suite bathroom fitted with shower cubicle. Another door in the living room accesses a staircase, which leads down to the lower floor where, immediately on the left, there is a bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine, protected by a window with grille. Meanwhile, straight on from the bottom of the stairs is the second double room that, if requested at the time of booking, can be transformed into a twin room. A little two-step staircase accesses the glass door that leads out into the private garden.
