Our deep bond with the Chianti area and Tuscany has led us to transform ourselves into a company with a strong biological and biodynamic vocation. It was the first step, mandatory, to conform to our thinking. Starting from this bond, we have created this guided tour of our farm, cellar and company.

Tour of the cellars and the rural village and tasting of the company’s products, including:

- A tasting of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil on crunchy bread and local olives

DESCRIPTION OF THE WINE TOUR & TASTING AT QUERCIA AL POGGIO
Offer our guests customized solutions for a greater sensory experience by combining food and wine tasting with a cultural journey that takes them back in time, making them breathe the rural tradition and rural life of those who live and inhabit a farm like ours.
We will discover the work of the company, of the cellar in the production of wines by telling the various phases and the path from the harvest of the grapes to the bottle. Subsequently it will be time for the guided food and wine tasting of our labels, combined with other typical km0 and Tuscan products.
But the tour will not be limited to just this: we will talk about how we combine all our activities with respect for the environment and the natural characteristics of the place: the preservation of native fauna and flora, the alternative energy sources used, the presence of animals of low court. All in a single sensory and experiential journey that you will never forget.
