Facing the main courtyard that it shares with the Corte and Terrazza apartments, it is located on the first floor. Having climbed two flights of stairs you find yourself in a private five square-metre covered loggia furnished with a table and a small barbecue. The panoramic windows provide protection from the wind and allow you to enjoy al fresco meals, even on cooler days, in total privacy. A glass door separates the loggia from the living/dining room whose fireplace and large windows that look down on the valley below add a real touch of originality and romance to the apartment. Pass through the door on the left and you come into the eat-in kitchen, fully-furnished and complete with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Having returned to the living room, another door takes you into the corridor that leads to the bedrooms – a double and a twin – and the two bathrooms, both with shower cubicles. The washing machine is located in one of the bathrooms.
